Ja Morant is wearing his full uniform at home to cope with the suspended NBA season

Ball is life … even when social distancing.

When Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for the coronavirus, the news accelerated a response across the sports world. The NBA suspended its season. MLB, NHL, MLS and the NCAA all either canceled or postponed seasons in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The public has since been urged to practice social distancing to limit the spread of the virus and keep cases within the health system’s capacity. That means incredibly active NBA players are stuck at home and not, well, being active.

It’s only Monday, and Memphis Grizzlies rookie star Ja Morant clearly misses basketball. He took to TikTok and Twitter to share a video of himself partaking in pregame introductions in full uniform … from his home.

We feel you, Ja.

As Steph Curry, Gobert and Donovan Mitchell (who also tested positive for the coronavirus) have urged, it’ll take social distancing and healthy habits to help everything return to normalcy as soon as possible.

In the meantime, ball is life for Morant.
