His long-term status is still unknown at this point. He’s the most talented cornerback on the team, and his return would be a huge boost.

D.J. Waller will likely start in place of Waller, with Freshman Terhyon Nichols certain to play as well. Auburn’s offense isn’t one of the higher-scoring in the nation, but they do pass the ball well. With Hairston out, Kentucky will need the secondary to bounce back after a tough game against Florida.
