In the Raiders week six game against the Steelers, Dylan Parham was lost to a foot injury. He has missed the past two weeks because of it.
Dylan Parham injury update
Parham returned to practice Wednesday. Head coach Antonio Pierce said Parham would be back on the field limited, opening up the possibility he could return to action this week when the team travels to Cincinnati to face the Bengals.
Raiders OL depth chart
Filling in for Parham since he went down was third year guard Jordan Meredith. That would likely continue if it turns out Parham is not ready.
Other guards on the roster who could step into the role if necessary include Cody Whitehair and Andrus Peat. Though Whitehair could be asked to fill in at left guard for Jackson Powers-Johnson, who could be asked to fill in at center for Andre James who is dealing with and ankle injury.
So, yeah, a lot of potential moving pieces.
