The New Orleans Saints are preparing for their final game of the 2024 NFL season against the Las Vegas Raiders and it looks as though they will be short-staffed across the offense once again.
Spencer Rattler is already known to be the starting quarterback once again, but has not really been given a fair shot with a healthy offense. One key player he has been missing is wide receiver Chris Olave, who has been dealing with a head injury since the start of November.
Chris Olave injury update
Olave has been out since suffering another concussion against the Carolina Panthers in Week 9 of this season. He has been back at practice for the past few weeks, but was once again ruled out.
How long will Chris Olave be out?
It at least appears that he is healthy and will be back for the start of next season.
Saints WR depth chart
Rattler is once again going to have to deal with a weak receiving corps. Valdes-Scantling at least came back last week, but was a non-factor. He was limited in practice for much of this week and didn’t have his game status designated on the last injury report.
- Marquez Valdes-Scantling (Game Status Unspecified)
- Kevin Austin Jr.
- Dante Pettis
- Mason Tipton
- Cedrick Wilson Jr.
