The Iowa Hawkeyes have already added the commitment from former Auburn quarterback Hank Brown.
Now, Iowa would like to find some other offensive weapons to continue to enhance the situation for the Hawkeyes’ quarterbacks room.
Per 247Sports’ Allen Trieu, Iowa has offered and is hosting former Northern Illinois wide receiver Trayvon Rudolph on a visit this week.

Rudolph is a speedster that garnered second-team All-MAC honors as both a wide receiver and kickoff returner in 2021 and third-team All-MAC honors in 2023.
In the 2024 season, the 5-foot-10, 187 pound receiver reeled in 37 passes for 392 yards with one 43-yard touchdown grab in the Huskies’ season-opening win over Western Illinois. Rudolph also rushed 14 times for 179 yards and had a pair of scores on the ground this past season.
A native of Crete, Ill., Rudolph’s most productive receiving game of the 2024 season came in his last contest, a nine-grab, 97-yards receiving performance against Central Michigan.

Rudolph enjoyed his best statistical collegiate season in 2021 when he caught 51 passes for 892 yards and seven scores and also carried nine times for 113 yards and one touchdown.
Rudolph missed the 2022 season with a non-contact knee injury. The NIU star returned in 2023 and tallied 51 grabs for 531 yards with a pair of touchdown catches.

During his Northern Illinois career, Rudolph has caught 153 passes for 2,047 yards and 10 scores. Rudolph has also rushed 45 times for 474 yards and four touchdowns.
Another thing that will excite Hawkeye fans is Rudolph’s contributions in the special teams department. Rudolph returned 65 kickoffs for 1,440 yards during his time in DeKalb, Ill., including a 100-yard kickoff return touchdown in October of 2021.
Rudolph was a three-star signee at Northern Illinois and regarded as the nation’s 141st-ranked athlete and as the No. 36 player from Illinois in the 2020 class per 247Sports.
