In-state 2025 offensive lineman gets USC offer

With Oregon and Washington in the #B1G, USC can sure use some 2025 cycle pickups.

Jake Flores is very much in demand as a high school football prospect. The 6-foot-5, 270-pound junior currently holds 20 offers and just picked up his most impressive one to date from USC.

Flores currently holds scholarship offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Boston College, BYU, Florida State, Louisville, NC State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Oregon State, San Diego State, Washington and Washington State.

Flores, from San Juan Capistrano’s (Calif.) J Serra Catholic High School, is the No. 405 overall prospect and No. 22 interior offensive lineman in the 2025 cycle in the On3 industry ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 38 player in California.

USC holds only one commitment in the 2025 class: Oxford (Ala.) Thompson four-star safety Anquan Feagans.

The Trojans have endured a rough patch in the 2024 recruiting cycle. They can certainly use some pickups in the 2025 cycle. Given that they won’t have Caleb Williams beyond this season, stocking up on the offensive line is a very central need for USC heading into the Big Ten.
