It is home opening weekend for [autotag]Notre Dame[/autotag] and with that will bring in plenty of recruits to South Bend to take in the game atmosphere against Marshall. Although the hype of hosting the Thundering Herd won’t match week one’s game, there will still be a high level of excitement in the air.
[autotag]Marcus Freeman[/autotag]should get his first win as the Notre Dame head coach and in-state 2024 athlete [autotag]Patrick Clacks III[/autotag] from Andrean High School will be in attendance. The six-foot-two-inch and 180-pound wide receiver and defensive back tweeted out earlier today that he will make the trip west this Saturday.

I was first made aware of Clacks by Micah Lowe, a defensive backs coach that raved about him. Then after watching his tape multiple times, always coming away impressed. The Irish staff are very familiar with Andrean also, as [autotag]Drayk Bowen[/autotag], a 2023 Notre Dame linebacker commit, preps there as well.
With his size and speed, Clacks could be a terror on either side of the ball. Great to see that the Irish staff have noticed him and will host him on campus.
