Purdue star wide receiver David Bell was carted off the field during Saturday’s Notre Dame-Purdue game in South Bend. It was a scary few moments after Bell was on the receiving end of a powerful hit from Fighting Irish safety Kyle Hamilton.
After the game Purdue gave positive information in regards to Bell’s health as they stated he “is up, walking and with his teammates after receiving evaluation by team medical personnel”.
Bell hauled in eight receptions for 73 yards on the afternoon. Here’s to hoping he’s back on the field soon as he has the ability to play on Sundays soon.
UPDATE: WR David Bell is up, walking and with his teammates after receiving evaluation by team medical personnel. We appreciate the well wishes and kind thoughts for David. #BoilerUp
