Initial diagnosis for Steelers DL Tyson Alualu is a sprained MCL, per source. Waiting for MRI to confirm. Could miss some time but not considered major.

According to ESPN NFL reporter Jeremy Fowler, the knee injury suffered by Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Tyson Alualu in Sunday’s game is not considered serious.
The absence of Alualu against the Baltimore Ravens was definitely felt. Alualu has found a resurgence in his career this season moving to the starting nose tackle spot. With Alualu out of the lineup, the Ravens ran roughshod over the Steelers and his replacement Isaiah Buggs struggled.
Nevertheless, this does seem like an injury that could linger and he could miss multiple games. This, coupled with the injury suffered by defensive tackle Cam Heyward at the end of the game and this defensive line could be pretty shorthanded on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.
