The initial SEC Student-Athlete Availability report ahead of Auburn’s game with Oklahoma has been released.
As of Wednesday at 7 p.m. CT, three Tigers have been ruled out while three others are listed as “questionable” for the game. Here’s a look at Auburn’s SEC Student-Athlete Availability Report as of Wednesday night.
- DB Tyler Scott (Out)
- DB Champ Anthony (Out)
- TE Brandon Frazier (Out)
- DL Isaiah Raikes (Questionable)
- K Alex McPherson (Questionable)
- OL Izavion Miller (Questionable)
Looking back at last week’s availability report ahead of Auburn’s game with Arkansas, wide receiver Cam Coleman and defensive lineman Amaris Williams have been upgraded and will be available to play this week while kicker Alex McPherson’s status has moved from “out” to “questionable.”
Tyler Scott (ACL, out for the season) and Brandon Frazier (foot, out for an extended period) join Champ Anthony (leg) on the “out” list. At the same time, there is a chance that Izavion Miller and Isaiah Raikes could play vs. Oklahoma.
Oklahoma’s report reveals that seven players including wide receiver Jalil Farooq and kicker Tyler Keltner are ruled “out” while top receiver Deion Burks is “questionable.” Oklahoma head coach Brent Venables said that Burks’ injury was related to “soft tissue” following Oklahoma’s loss to Tennessee last Saturday, but was unaware of the extent of the injury.
According to the SEC, “SEC school personnel must submit availability reports three days before each football game, with daily updates leading to a final report 90 minutes prior to game time. Players are designated as “available,” “probable,” “questionable,” “doubtful,” or “out” before game day; and as “available,” “game time decision,” or “out” on game day.” So expect movement from both camps ahead of Saturday’s kickoff.
Auburn faces Oklahoma on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT. The game can be seen live on ABC.
