Indianapolis Colts with representatives at Nebraska vs. Ohio State

The Indianapolis Colts were one of 10 teams with representatives in attendance at the Nebraska vs. Ohio State game on Saturday.

During Saturday’s college football matchup between Nebraska and Ohio State, the Indianapolis Colts were one of several teams in attendance.

According to Ryan Fowler of Bleacher Report, the Colts, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, and six other teams had representatives at this game.

Teams sending scouts to college games is a weekly occurrence during the college football season and provides personnel departments with the opportunity to see players up close and live.

The Colts were reportedly also at the Syracuse vs. Pittsburgh game as well this week.

With help from Pro Football Focus’ early 2025 big board, here are some of the top draft-eligible prospects playing in this game that may have had the attention of the Colts’ scouting department.

WR Emeka Egbuka (Ohio State)
DE Jack Sawyer (Ohio State)
RB Quinshon Judkins (Ohio State)
OT Josh Simmons (Ohio State)
CB Denzel Burke (Ohio State)
DE JT Tuimoloau (Ohio State)
S Lathan Ransom (Ohio State)
RB TreVeyon Henderson (Ohio State)
IDL Tyleik Williams (Ohio State)
IOL Donovan Jackson (Ohio State)
CB Tommi Hill (Nebraska)

Of course, when it comes to positional need for the Colts or where some of these prospects are currently projected to go next April can change a lot in the coming months.

However, at this point in time, some positions for Indianapolis as we look ahead to the 2025 offseason include cornerback, safety, tight end, running back, and defensive tackle depth.
