Inactives for Seahawks and Lions: Who’s sitting out for Week 2

Here’s a look at who’s sitting out today for both teams.

The Seattle Seahawks and the Detroit Lions have released their respective inactives lists ahead of today’s matchup.

Unfortunately, the Seahawks are going into the game short handed up front. The good news is it appears cornerback Devon Witherspoon, the No. 5 pick in the 2023 NFL draft, is ready to go for his first action as a professional.

Here’s a look at who’s sitting out today for both teams.

Seahawks:

  • LT Charles Cross
  • SS Jamal Adams
  • DE Mike Morris
  • LB Devin Bush
  • OLB Boye Mafe
  • G McClendon Curtis
  • G Ben Brown

Seattle will also be without starting right tackle Abe Lucas, who’s been placed on IR and will require knee surgery. Jake Curhan has taken his place in the lineup, while Stone Forsythe is starting at left tackle instead of Cross.

Lions:

  • LT Taylor Decker
  • DL Isaiah Buggs
  • CB Steven Gilmore
  • DL Brodric Martin
  • CB Emmanuel Moseley
