[autotag]Dillon Danis[/autotag] has caught the attention of a UFC Hall of Famer, who wants to meet in the boxing ring without gloves.
Following a tweet in which Danis claims a big offer was made to box former UFC middleweight champion [autotag]Michael Bisping[/autotag], [autotag]Diego Sanchez[/autotag] threw his name in the hat by offering a challenge of his own.
Early Thursday morning, Danis sent this tweet tagging Bisping:
a huge offer has been made to @bisping to box me let’s see if he mans up and takes it 🤷♂️

It wasn’t the first time Danis tried to get the attention of Bisping, as he sent this tweet a few days prior:
if i ever see @bisping in person i’m doing him worse than hendo did pic.twitter.com/L5tIEA6VJ5

Later Thursday afternoon, Sanchez intervened and jumped in the replies with an emphatic callout for a bare-knuckle boxing match, tagging BKFC and president David Feldman, along with Triller’s social media handles.
i don’t wanna go to jail for murder stay outta this little guy before you get hurt. https://t.co/QWp54U7IN2

Box me Dillon I’m closer to your size/age & would fight you at any weight in any sport! You are a BIG GANGSTA WHY DONT YOU POP YOUR CHERRY AND BARE THOSE BJJ KNUCKLES IN @bareknucklefc @DavidFeldman @trillerfight @triller
Danis flatly replied to Sanchez’s challenge by stating, “I don’t wanna go to jail for murder stay outta this little guy before you get hurt.”
While Danis offered his reply, Sanchez wasn’t quite done with the interaction.
He’s thinkin of what to say to devalue me but he’s a bitch I’d slap him in person

Sanchez was last in action nearly a year ago in his final UFC bout against Jake Matthews, a fight he lost by unanimous decision. Following his unceremonious exit from the promotion in April and splitting with his manager and coach Joshua Fabia, Feldman said a deal with BKFC was almost done with Sanchez, pending medical clearance.
Danis, a BJJ coach for UFC superstar Conor McGregor and, underwent reconstructive knee surgery in March 2020 and has not competed since. Undefeated in his professional MMA career, he was on the heels of back-to-back first-round submission finishes in Bellator. Now it appears he wants to test his striking skills in the boxing ring.
However, Sanchez doesn’t seem to pique his interest.
