Huskers offer top Arizona offensive lineman in busy recruiting week

Nebraska football continues to make offensive line a focus.

Nebraska football offered 2027 four-star offensive tackle Jake Hildebrand on Thursday morning. Rivals.com’s Tim Verghese reported the news.

According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, he is ranked the second overall offensive tackle in the 2027 class and the top player in his class from the state of Arizona.

Currently, he has 14 total offers. He most recently received an offer from Oregon before Nebraska. The Ducks extended an offer his way on September 17. He measures in at six-foot-six, 285 pounds

Nebraska Football is continuing to try to stock up on the offensive line. Furthermore, they have been busy during the bye week working on future classes. They landed a commitment this Sunday from wide receiver Dveyoun Bonwell-Witte, and have other offers out this week.

Nebraska has a bye week before taking on 16th -ranked Indiana next Saturday. This will be another test for the Huskers, as they look to defeat a ranked opponent for the first time since the 2016 season.

As for right now, the program is building towards the future, and they are focusing heavily on the offensive line.
