Huskers offer rising 2026 offensive lineman

The Huskers continue to look for talent on the offensive line.

Nebraska football offered 2026 interior offensive lineman Jax Tanner on Monday. Rivals.com’s Tim Verghese first reported this.

Tanner is the top player in the state of Idaho for the 247Sports Rankings. He is not ranked in the 247Sports composite rankings. His offer sheet is growing, including Boise State, Boston College, Brigham Young, California, and Michigan. He was most recently offered by Michigan on October 17, the same day Nebraska offered him.

Tanner measures six-foot-four, 275 pounds. He would be the third commitment in a 2026 class that is beginning to accumulate talent. The class itself ranks 31st overall nationally, per the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

The Huskers have done a solid job of stacking offensive line talent for future classes. Tanner is a rising prospect, and will undoubtedly receive more attention as his profile continues to grow.
