How will the loss of DeAndre Hopkins hurt the Texans the most?

The Texans have constructed their roster over the offseason to account for the departure of three-time All-Pro receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
Rather than investing a majority of the passing game’s targets into one superstar, the Texans seek to divide them among the receiving corps which features Will Fuller and Brandin Cooks.
However, there is one area that the Texans have not fixed that could come back to haunt them.
According to new data from Pro Football Focus, Hopkins was the most reliable receiver in the second half of games with a 91.6.
If the Texans hope to keep up those same numbers the new receiving corps will need to match or exceed where Hopkins succeeded
