Wisconsin basketball enters the final stretch of the Big Ten season desperately needing momentum.
The Badgers are off a disastrous 2-6 month of February which saw an inexplicable loss to last-place Michigan, an 0-5 record in road games, a lifeless loss at Rutgers and deflating last-second losses to Iowa and Nebraska.
Wisconsin entered the month leading the Big Ten and approaching a 1-seed in most bracketologies. The team then fell to the No. 5 seed in the Big Ten standings and a 5-seed in NCAA bracketologies.
