Michigan State hockey will once again play outdoors.
The Spartans were one of the originators of outdoor hockey games with the Cold War, and they’ll again take their play outside on Saturday night. Michigan State will battle Big Ten foe Wisconsin from Wrigley Field in Chicago as part of the Frozen Confines event.
Michigan State comes into this game ranked No. 1 in the country with a 16-2-1 overall record on the year. The Spartans beat the Badgers on Thursday in a thrilling comeback victory.
Faceoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET and the game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
