The NCAA Championship tournament is here, and it’s been a rocky road for Texas A&M. However, they endured and will now get a chance to make another run at the College World Series in Coach Schlossnagle’s second season leading the Aggies. That journey will begin on Friday when they will be in California to take on Cal State Fullerton at the Stanford Regional.
The teams have only met 12 times over the past few decades, and the Titans currently have a 7-5 lead in the series, winning the last four of five over the Aggies. This will be the first time since 2013 that these teams have played each other, and the winner will move on to face the winner of the No. 1 Stanford vs. No. 4 San Jose State.
