Welcome back, football!
The 2024 NFL season will kick off tonight when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, Sept. 5 at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. As the defending Super Bowl champions playing at home, the Chiefs are considered a three-point home favorite in Week 1.
Kickoff between the Chiefs and Ravens has been set for 6:20 p.m. MT (8:20 p.m. ET). The game will be nationally televised on NBC and available to stream on fuboTV (try it free). The season-opening clash will also be streamed live on Peacock.
The Chiefs lead the all-time series against the Ravens 8-5, including a 17-10 victory in the AFC Championship game in January. KC went on to defeat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in Super Bowl LVIII after defeating Baltimore in the playoffs last season.
The Ravens will be looking for some revenge when they face the Chiefs on Thursday night. Going up against the AFC West’s top contender, Baltimore will have the backing of Denver Broncos fans tonight.
