When these two teams met earlier this season back in Week 5, San Francisco coughed up a two-score halftime lead. Arizona rallied back from a 23-10 halftime deficit with a pair of second-half Chad Ryland field goals sandwiched around Kyler Murray’s 2-yard touchdown pass to Elijah Higgins.
As San Francisco readies for its final contest of the season, the 49ers will do so without their starting quarterback. San Francisco quarterback Brock Purdy is one of five 49ers players listed “out” on the team’s Week 18 injury report.
With Purdy sidelined, San Francisco will turn to Joshua Dobbs as its starting quarterback in the season finale.
