The San Antonio Spurs, who have struggled this season as they sit in the cellar of the NBA’s Western Conference, will host the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday night.
The Spurs have one of the worst records in all of basketball but a recent run of success has the team modestly trending upward. Gregg Popovich’s gang is led by Victor Wembanyama, who has been averaging a double-double with around 20 points and 10 rebounds per game.
The Pelicans, on the other hand, are in the middle of the pack bouncing around the No. 8 spot in the conference. Willie Green’s guys are headlined by a triple-punch in the form of Zion Williamson, Brandon Ingram and CJ McCollum.
The San Antonio Spurs will host the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday, Feb. 2, at 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT.
