The Tampa Bay Buccaneers spent the majority of their salary cap space this offseason re-signing their own big-name free agents, but after the first wave of marquee signings, they also managed to land some solid bargains on the veteran market.
After those contract extensions for in-house veterans, as well as the new additions from elsewhere, the Bucs still have a handful of need areas they need to address.
But how much salary cap space to they have left after making all those moves?
Here’s the latest update from Spotrac, which has the Bucs back near the bottom of the league when it comes to available cap space:

It’s unclear how much of Tampa Bay’s most recent moves are included in that number, but that amount of space should give the Bucs enough room to sign their incoming rookie class.
Further restructures for core players could also free up more space, as could new long-term extensions for safety Antoine Winfield Jr. and left tackle Tristan Wirfs.
