How have you evolved since Milwaukee? Jason Kidd: One, it’s a different situation. We were taking Milwaukee as a layover city. They’d won 13 games (the year before). It was a build, building from the ground up. So you had to, maybe, be a little harder because we had so many bad habits. So, we changed it. But they had good habits here, and they had a little more talent than, maybe, they had in Milwaukee at the time. But, defensively, it’s the same thing. You start with defense. We’re No. 2 in defense (going into last Friday’s game). Milwaukee, it was all about 2s — how can you protect the paint? Now, it’s about how do you defend the 3-pointer? So, you make adjustments. That’s the thing about evolving. We had to address style, approach. It’s a different time.
