LaFleur was the only first-year head coach to lead his team to the postseason, as Green Bay finished 13-3, won the NFC North and reached the NFC Championship game.

Working with Aaron Rodgers is no easy task, but LaFleur handled himself and the Packers offense nicely in his first season as a head coach. Green Bay’s season ended in disappointing fashion, but it’s safe to assume the Packers will be back and poised for another deep playoff run with LaFleur leading the way in 2020.
