Prediction

Trail Blazers 123, Rockets 121

Moneyline (ML)

The Rockets (-176) are modest moneyline favorites over the TRAIL BLAZERS (+145) on Tuesday evening. While Houston has won back-to-back games in the NBA bubble, the Blazers have played well too, beating the Memphis Grizzlies and narrowly falling to the Boston Celtics.

It’s worth noting that Portland has won four of its last six games against Houston. And with the Trail Blazers needing this win more to stay in the playoff hunt, consider taking the underdog here and the value.

Line/Against the Spread (ATS)

The Rockets -4 (-110) open this contest as two-basket favorites over the TRAIL BLAZERS +4 (-110). Not only has Portland had a lot of recent success against Houston in terms of the wins column, but they have covered the spread in six of the last eight meetings.

Portland is one of the few teams in the NBA that can play the fast-paced style that Houston likes to use and the Trail Blazers have the players to out-shoot the Rockets on any given night. Given the value, take the Trail Blazers and enjoy watching this high-scoring game in Orlando.

Over/Under (O/U)

The point total for this Western Conference matchup is set at an incredible 242.5 points. However, that line still may be too low based on what we have seen so far in the NBA bubble.

In their two games in Orlando, Houston is averaging a whopping 136.5 points per game. And with the Trail Blazers having one of the league’s worst defenses, they should have no problem scoring over 120 points in this contest.

Portland has been incredible on offense too in the NBA restart, averaging 134 points per game. Both teams are among the best teams on offense in the NBA. Take the OVER here and watch the buckets fly in from both sides.
