The Chicago Bulls swept the season series against the Hornets on Thursday with a dominant 120-99 victory in Charlotte.

The Hornets never led on the night and really only found themselves in the contest for a few brief moments on the night. Chicago built a double-digit lead in the first quarter and saw it hang around that mark in the second period.

A big run to close the first half by Charlotte cut the lead to as little as three points and led to just a six-point deficit at halftime for the hosts. However, Chicago came out in the second half and quickly re-established its lead and then some, blowing the lead over the 20-point threshold.

P.J. Washington had 24 points and Malik Monk had 20 off the bench. Terry Rozier had 12 points despite not playing in the fourth quarter of the blowout.
