The Charlotte Hornets dropped their sixth game in the last seven contests on Thursday as the Chicago Bulls won in a blowout, 108-91.
The Hornets never led on Thursday and trailed by as many as 27 points, that coming midway through the fourth quarter after the benches had emptied. Despite not leading, Charlotte was within shouting distance for much of the first half.
Devonte’ Graham and Terry Rozier did as much as they could to make it a close contest on the night, finishing with 16 and 11 points, respectively. However, the Hornets again struggled to find points offensively as only Miles Bridges (13) and Brad Wanamaker (11) finished in double digits.
Nikola Vucevic, meanwhile, led Chicago with 18 points and 16 rebounds while Coby White and Thaddeus Young also each had 18 points.
