Tom Brady is finally calling it a career.
And what a career it was, among the greatest of any professional athlete ever to play a sport.
As USA TODAY Sports reports, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback will announce his retirement after 22 seasons. The decision comes after another awe-inspiring comeback, something we’ve grown accustomed too over the years.
Against the Los Angeles Rams, Brady brought the Bucs back after being down 27-3, but L.A. won it in the final seconds.
So here’s the last touchdown pass of Brady’s NFL career, and what a TD it was, a long throw to Mike Evans with 3:20 left in the fourth quarter, proof as always that age was just a number to Brady:
