Experts once again love the Cincinnati Bengals, this time in a Week 15 encounter with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
According to the numbers at, NFL Pick Watch, which tallies the week-by-week picks of 100-plus experts, 90 percent of those polled pick the Bengals to beat the Buccaneers straight-up.
That number only dips to 74 percent when those same experts pick the game against the spread.
It’s still a little weird to see anyone pick against Tom Brady so soundly, but the Buccaneers are 5-7 and have lost two of their last three. That feels like the exact opposite of a Bengals team that has won five in a row, the offense humming with and without Ja’Marr Chase.
Adding to it, the Bengals are a superb team against the spread this year anyway and appear to match up well with the Buccaneers, even if injuries to important players will force rookies into critical spots.
