Season 2 of The Witcher came out a few days ago, and Netflix is already gearing up for a spinoff series. If you’ve yet to finish Season 2, be aware that some slight spoilers are below.
A post-credits scene for The Witcher Season 2 teases a brand new show set in the same universe: The Witcher Blood Origin. It’s a prequel series set thousands of years before Geral of Rivia ever crossed paths with Yennefer of Vengerberg — more on that in our review.
The Witcher Blood Origin will go into how the original witcher warrior came to be while also further fleshing out the lore and backstory of the universe. Be sure to check out the official teaser trailer for the show below.
