Here are the Packers players not practicing on first day of training camp

The Packers didn’t have eight players available to start the first training camp practice of the 2024 season.

The Green Bay Packers were without eight players to start the team’s first training camp practice of the 2024 season on Monday.

The following players did not practice:

Quarterback Jordan Love: The Packers starting quarterback won’t be back on the practice field until a new contract is completed.

Receiver Jayden Reed: The second-year receiver is on the non-football injury list after sustaining a toe injury during his recent football camp. The Packers don’t believe it’s serious.

Tight end Tucker Kraft: The second-year tight end remains on the physically unable to perform list while recovering from a torn pectoral. The Packers think he’s ahead of schedule.

Cornerback Corey Ballentine: The veteran cornerback is on the physically unable to perform list. He has a hamstring injury.

Running back MarShawn Lloyd: The rookie running back has a hip injury.

Safety Kitan Oladapo: The rookie safety is on the non-football injury list while recovering from offseason surgery on his toe. He still has a couple of “hurdles” to clear before he’s back on the field, per Brian Gutekunst.

Offensive tackle Caleb Jones: The veteran offensive tackle is on the physically unable to perform list because of a hamstring injury.

Offensive lineman Donovan Jennings: The rookie is on the physically unable to perform list because of a knee injury.
