Here are the NFC playoff seeding scenarios for Packers entering Week 18

The Packers will be the No. 6 seed in 16 scenarios and the No. 7 seed in 48 scenarios based on Week 18 results.

The Green Bay Packers will be either the No. 6 seed or No. 7 seed in the NFC playoffs, and now we have the seeding scenarios to show the different paths entering Week 18.

Per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Packers will be the No. 6 seed in 16 scenarios and the No. 7 seed in 48 scenarios based on various results in the season finale.

To save your eyes, all 16 scenarios where the Packers get the No. 6 seed require the Dallas Cowboys to beat the Washington Commanders and the Packers to beat the Chicago Bears on Sunday.

If the Commanders win in Dallas or the Packers lose to the Bears at Lambeau Field, the Packers will fall to the No. 7 seed. Even if the Commanders and Packers both win, the Commanders will be the No. 6 seed based on tiebreaker (conference record).

The seeding scenarios help highlight possible opponents for the Packers in the first round.

If the Packers are the No. 6 seed, they can only face the Los Angeles Rams or Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If the Packers are the No. 7 seed, they can only face the Philadelphia Eagles.

The No. 1 seed will be the winner of the season finale between the Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions. The loser will be the No. 5 seed. The Rams clinched the NFC West and will be either the No. 3 or No. 4 seed. Like the Packers, the Commanders can only finish as the No. 6 or No. 7 seed. The Atlanta Falcons are still alive in the NFC South race but can only finish as high as the No. 4 seed.

The Packers host the Bears for a noon kickoff at Lambeau Field on Sunday.
