Henry To’o To’o enters transfer portal

UT linebacker Henry To’o To’o entered transfer portal after coach Jeremy Pruitt was fired Monday.

Tennessee linebacker Henry To’o To’o has entered the NCAA transfer portal.

To’o To’o, a sophomore, entered the portal after Tennessee head football coach Jeremy Pruitt was fired Monday amid a investigation into recruiting violations under his watch.

To’o To’o was a sophomore for the Vols in 2020. In his two seasons on Rocky Top, he established himself as one of the top defensive players in the Southeastern Conference.

He led UT with 76 tackles last season when the Volunteers went 3-7.

As a freshman in Knoxville, To’o To’o, who played his high school football at De La Salle High School, a powerhouse program in Concord, California, was a Freshman All-America standout.

He is a native of Sacramento, California and had one interception and a sack in 2020.

In 2019, he had 72 tackles as the Vols went 8-5 and won the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl.
