The Baltimore Ravens are hoping that quarterback Lamar Jackson can continue ascending on the path he’s projected to be on. If all goes well for the seventh-year signal caller, he could be remembered as one of the best at his position.
When discussing Jackson on ESPN radio, Freddie Coleman and Harry Douglas debated the former Louisville star and the era he’s currently playing in. The two agreed that the NFL world hasn’t seen the best of Jackson yet, but Coleman said that it’s the era of Mahomes, and you can be in the league at the wrong time.

While Mahomes might end this era of football as the best quarterback to come out of it, that doesn’t mean that Jackson’s accomplishments will be washed away. After all, there is still plenty of time left in the two-time MVP’s career if all goes well, meaning there could be many more accomplishments in Jackson’s future.
