Harvard graduate transfer Seth Towns has made his decision on what school to attend next year, and it is with his hometown school, The Ohio State University.
Towns had been the most sought after transfer on the market, and he’ll be immediately eligible this upcoming season with two seasons left. He pared his two schools down to the Buckeyes and Duke Blue Devils earlier this week, and many believed he was a heavy lean to OSU with him being a Columbus native.
But Coach K and Duke came into the picture and put on one heck of a selling job at the last minute. In the end though, Towns will join Ohio State and will no doubt be a key piece for this coming year. At 6-7, he’s got length and an outside shooting touch that will be a hard matchup in any league, on any team.
Shortly after the announcement on SportsCenter, Towns released the following message on Twitter.

He has been out dealing with a leg injury since being named the Ivy League Player of the year for 2017-2018 season. If he can stay healthy and be on the court, he’ll be a force on Ohio State’s roster next year.
