Harrison Ingram puts up double-double in Summer League game

San Antonio Spurs rookie Harrison Ingram records a double-double.

The start to the NBA Summer League wasn’t a great one for former North Carolina Tar Heels’ forward Harrison Ingram. In two games in the California Classic, Ingram shot 6-of-19 from the field.

But on Tuesday night, he had his best game yet early on in Summer League action.

In a win over China, Ingram posted a double-double scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. San Antonio moved to 1-2 in California Classic play as they prepare to head to Las Vegas for the rest of Summer League action.

With Ingram’s performance, the Spurs received a big contribution from fellow draft pick Stephon Castle as well as he scored 18 points:

Ingram finished the game playing a team-high 26 minutes, shooting 6-of-10 from the field. That included 3-of-5 from the three-point line in the win.

Next up for Ingram and the Spurs is the NBA 2K25 Summer League in Las Vegas as they will open up play against the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday night. That game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
