Hall of Famer Devin Hester attends Colorado practice in Orlando

LaJohntay Wester took in some advice from an all-time great

Following a rough special teams outing against Baylor, the Colorado Buffaloes received a visit from the greatest kick/punt returner in NFL history earlier this week.

Devin Hester, who was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame last month, attended a Colorado practice in Orlando ahead of the Buffs’ Saturday afternoon game at UCF. As documented by Well Off Media, Hester caught up with head coach Deion Sanders and even spoke with CU punt returner LaJohntay Wester.

Hester finished his illustrious 11-year NFL career with 14 punt return touchdowns, five kick return TDs and 3,311 receiving yards. His most famous play came in 2007 when he returned the opening kickoff of Super Bowl XLI for a touchdown.

NFL greats hanging around the Buffs has become the norm under Coach Prime. Other legends who’ve visited include Terrell Owens, Michael Irvin and former Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer.

Kickoff between Colorado and UCF is set for 1:30 p.m. MT (3:30 p.m. ET) on Fox.
