Duggerton left Texas Tech after one season. In five years, he has gone from Toledo, to Florida State, to USC, Texas Tech and now Tennessee.
“I loved my time in Lubbock,” Barstool Big Cat tweeted. “The people, the fans, the staff. We turned a 2 win team into 10 win Cotton Bowl Champs. I will always be a Red Raider (shout out Jeffery). But the road calls and Duggs is headed to Rocky Top.”
