The Toronto Argonauts (12-8) meet the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (12-7) in the 111th Grey Cup Sunday, Nov. 17. Kickoff from BC Place in Vancouver is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET (CBS Sports Network/TSN/CFL+). Below, we look at Argonauts vs. Blue Bombers odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s CFL odds before making our expert CFL picks and predictions before the big game.
The Argonauts went on the road and topped the Montreal Alouettes 30-28 in the East Division Final Saturday, exacting a little revenge after losing to the Als in the playoffs last season. Toronto was a 2-point underdog and the Over (53) cashed.
However, the win came with a huge price as QB Chad Kelly suffered a broken ankle. That means QB Nick Arbuckle will be called upon to start the Grey Cup.
The Blue Bombers won 38-22 as 3-point home favorites in the West Final against the Saskatchewan Roughriders Saturday with the Over (48) hitting. QB Zach Collaros went for 301 passing yards with 4 touchdowns, while RB Brady Oliveira ran for 119 yards and a score. Meanwhile, WR Kenny Lawler went off with 6 receptions, 177 yards and 3 TDs.
After a 2-6 start to the season, which included losses in their first 4 games, no one would have expected the Blue Bombers to be playing for the Cup this November. But they ran off 8 straight victories on their way to closing the regular season 9-1.
Toronto and Winnipeg met for the 109th Grey Cup in a game played at Mosaic Stadium in Regina, Saskatchewan on Nov. 20, 2022. The Argos edged the Bombers 24-23 in that one.
Toronto has won its past 7 Grey Cup appearances dating back to 1991. The Argonauts’ last loss in the championship game was in 1987. Ironically, that game was played at BC Place against the then-named Edmonton Eskimos.
The Blue Bombers will play in a fifth consecutive Grey Cup. They lost the last two, falling to Montreal 28-24 last season and the aforementioned 2022 loss to the Argonauts. Toronto won in 2021 and 2019 — there was on Cup in 2020 due to COVID — with both wins coming against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Winnipeg has the most Grey Cup appearances with 30, but it is 12-18, according to the Blue Bombers media guide. Toronto is next with 24 appearances and has won a CFL-record 18 titles.

According to Winnipeg’s media guide, Toronto leads the all-time series 75-65-2. The Argonauts are 11-4 vs. the Blue Bombers in the postseason, including a perfect 7-0 in the Grey Cup.
Toronto swept both games vs. Winnipeg this regular season.
