Previewing the Green Bay Packers vs. Las Vegas Raiders on Monday Night Football in Week 5 of the 2023 season.

The Green Bay Packers (2-2) will attempt to win a ninth-straight game over the Las Vegas Raiders (1-3) when Matt LaFleur’s team goes to Sin City for “Monday Night Football” in Week 5.

After starting Week 4 in the NFL with a 34-20 loss to the Detroit Lions on Thursday night, the Packers get a chance to close out Week 5 by bouncing back in primetime and handing the Raiders a fourth straight loss.

ESPN/ABC will broadcast the game, with kickoff coming at 7:15 p.m. CT and Joe Buck and Troy Aikman on the call.

The Packers haven’t lost to the Raiders since 1987. The last meeting came in 2019, during LaFleur’s first season as Packers coach, when Green Bay won 42-24 at Lambeau Field. The Packers have scored 30 or more points in five straight games against the Raiders, including three games with 40 or more points.

The Packers have never played at Allegiant Stadium and will be facing the Raiders for the first time since the franchise moved from Oakland to Las Vegas. The last time the Raiders won a game in this series? The franchise was located in Los Angeles.
