ORLANDO — After winning their first six 2020 NBA Eastern Conference playoff games, the Boston Celtics have now dropped its last two postseason tilts.
Boston, the Eastern Conference’s third seed, swept the Philadelphia 76ers in the first round before taking a 2-0 second-round lead against the No. 2 Toronto Raptors, who are the defending NBA champions.
The Celtics and Raptors are now in a 2-2 deadlock thanks to Toronto’s 100-93 victory in Game 4 of the conference semifinals Saturday at HP Field House in the Central Florida bubble.
In the contest, former University of Tennessee basketball player Grant Williams scored four points and grabbed two rebounds as he played 13 minutes.
Williams, who left Tennessee after his junior season as the two-time Southeastern Conference Player of the Year, was a first-round draft pick by the Celtics last summer.
