During the transfer portal period Georgia Bulldogs have seen plenty of their top targets, especially quarterbacks and wide receivers, land with other teams. However, there has been some hope around adding former USC Trojans wide receiver Zachariah Branch.
Unfortunately, Georgia is once again facing some unforeseen competition for Branch. He visited the Miami Hurricanes on Jan. 2.
Zachariah is visiting colleges with his older brother Zion Branch, so the two could be a package deal. Georgia could use both of them. Safety Malaki Starks more than likely declaring for the draft at the end of Georgia’s season.
Zachariah, a former five-star, is the No. 2 receiver and the No. 4 player on the transfer portal. Zion is a former four-star safety who is ranked 15th among safeties in the portal.
Georgia has had a disappointing transfer cycle. They are the only SEC team to not have a transfer portal addition. However, acquiring both USC standouts would be huge for their 2025 outlook.
