The Georgia Bulldogs can advance to the College Football Playoff semifinals on New Year’s Day, but first the Bulldogs must get through the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Georgia and Notre Dame will meet on Thursday in the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, Louisiana (4:00 p.m. ET, ESPN).
UPDATE: The Sugar Bowl has been postponed to Thursday after an overnight attack in New Orleans’ French Quarter that killed 10 people and injured at least 30. According to Sugar Bowl CEO Jeff Hundley, the planned postponement is for 24 hours.
Last-minute tickets for the game are still available. At the time of publication, the cheapest available tickets for the Sugar Bowl between Georgia and Notre Dame cost $35.
