Georgia stayed in the No. 1 spot, followed by No. 2 Alabama also staying steady. Oregon bumped up one spot to No. 3, and No. 4 Ohio State jumped into the spot vacated by Michigan State losing to Purdue.
Cincinnati, which had a case for being massively snubbed at No. 6 last week, moved up a spot to No. 5 despite a lackluster win over Tulsa. Wake Forest wasted an opportunity to vault into the top four with a non-conference loss to North Carolina, falling to No. 12.
