Friday is finally here with the countdown continuing as we wait for the Florida Gators to take the field against the Texas A&M Aggies in College Station this Saturday, along with the rest of college football’s Week 6 action.
This weekend will feature a few games with significant impacts on the College Football Playoff field, including the aforementioned matchup in East Texas as well as the Georgia Bulldogs‘ game against the Tennessee Volunteers in Athens.
In other sports news, today the women’s tennis team travels to Tuscaloosa to participate in the five-team Alabama Invite, which ends Sunday. They will face Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky and Mississippi State in the first competition of the fall 2020 season.
Speaking of Sunday, the soccer team also heads to College Station to take on the 11th-ranked Aggies for their third match of the season. The game begins at 2 p.m. EDT and can be followed either on the SEC Network or over the radio on ESPN 98.1FM/850AM WRUF.
