Another Thursday, another game day weekend just right around the corner. But this Saturday will be the last of college football’s weekly series this season as the Florida Gators get geared up to take on the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Southeastern Conference Championship Game.

The sports slate is otherwise barren in the meantime for Florida, whose men’s basketball team is also scheduled to play on Saturday against the Florida Atlantic Owls. While star forward Keyontae Johnson‘s health appears to be slowly improving, there is still a chance this game will be postponed.

In other Florida athletics news, five Gators sports programs find themselves in the top 25 of their respective polls, with the men’s swimming and diving team leading the way ranked at No. 5, the football team at No. 7, women’s golf team No. 8, women’s swimming and diving at No. 10, and men’s golf at No. 15.

One last thing, in case you missed it yesterday, the football program kicked off the official 2021 class on national signing day. Check the tracker below for details of who the Gators brought into the family.
