The Gators have been gaining ground in the bracketologies and rankings alike — especially after blowing out the Alabama Crimson Tide at home on Tuesday. Among those giving the Orange and Blue a boost is CBS Sports’ Gary Parrish, who gave it a one-spot push from No. 26 to No. 25 in his latest top-25-and-1 update.
Todd Golden’s team now sits between the No. 24 Gonzaga Bulldogs and No. 26 Texas Tech Red Raiders — the latter of whom were not ranked last time.
Florida wraps up its regular-season schedule on Saturday, March 9, in Nashville as the Gators travel for a rematch with the Vanderbilt Commodores. Tipoff is slated for 4:30 p.m. ET and the game will be broadcast on the SEC Network.
