The Tigers will play their annual rivalry game against Arkansas a bit earlier than usual this season.
Typically a game that’s saved for late October or early November, this year, the teams will face off in Tiger Stadium on Sept. 23. And now, we know the kick time and television information for that Week 4 contest.
LSU will face Arkansas at 6 p.m. CT on Sept. 23 in a Death Valley night game that will be televised on ESPN, the Tigers announced in a press release on Monday.
It will be the SEC opener for Arkansas, which sits at 2-0 on the year and faces its first real test this weekend when it hosts a Big 12 opponent in BYU.

LSU won a tight game in Fayetteville last fall despite Razorbacks quarterback KJ Jefferson being unavailable. If both squads win this weekend, we could be set for a good one in LSU’s first home conference game of the year.
