Tonight, Florida basketball travels north to take on the No. 9 Auburn Tigers in the second game of its nascent Southeastern Conference schedule. The Gators stumbled in their opener on Wednesday against the Alabama Crimson Tide and look to right the ship against a team that is currently the best in the SEC.

Led by head coach Bruce Pearl, this AU team looks like the real deal so far with just a solitary loss — a double-overtime defeat at the hands of the UConn Huskies in the Bahamas. Mike White‘s UF squad, on the other hand, has dropped a game to both Quadrant 3 and 4 opponents while also carrying a pair of Quadrant 1 losses as well.

The Tipico Sportsbook favors the Tigers by 7.5-points over the Gators while the over/under is set at 142.5. The money lines for Florida and Auburn are plus-260 and minus-340, respectively, as of 10:30 a.m. EST on Saturday morning.
